What would be ta...Bear and frog are sharing joint. <br />What would be taxed is weed.<br />Frog can't speak with joint in <br />mouth, hence weed caused knowing<br />each others' thoughts.<br />Point is that visionary leaders anticipating<br />serious sea level rise might realize<br />that humans can't just keep raising barriers<br />against water, but can dig ever larger and deeper<br />to give water some place not heavily populated<br />to go, and that such could be very useful economically<br />in own right.
